Rikki Rocket gets off for not getting it on! The Poison drummer was accused of raping a woman in a casino in Mississippi in September. Taken into prison in LA after Poison toured Australia, he was convicted of raping the woman despite his claims that he was not even in the state at that time. Charges have been dropped as witnesses have come forward to confirm Rikki’s story. Apparently he was in a wedding shop while his fiance tried on dresses; not the best time to be convicted of rape is it? At least he has come through it, he’s now fully backing charities supporting people who have been wrongly convicted.
